Planning

MARCO performs most of the work in-house on single and multi-task projects. In addition, MARCO has developed a reservoir of skilled consultants and subcontractors which has enabled us to broaden our base of operations and the scope of work we can perform. MARCO is also a union contractor, which enables us to have access to fully trained experienced personnel in all facets of the industry to meet our projects' specialties and demands.

Designing

Our company's focus is to provide our clients with competent and capable personnel who are prepared to assist in all phases from design and engineering through the construction phase. Our experienced staff members are skilled carpenters, plumbers, electricians, laborers, truck drivers, equipment operators, concrete, and paving journeymen, etc. and are ready to handle contract modifications and change orders as they arise. We also use MEANS, Pulsar, and other estimating software tools, which are compatible with most of our major clients' estimating systems.

Our company possesses the required personnel skills, equipment and resources to successfully manage large, technical and competitive projects in all areas of the construction industry.
