IDIQ – Preventative Maintenance Contract, consist of electrical and mechanical work orders which includes but not limited to replacement of all light bulbs, fan belts and HVAC system devices.
Electrical Survey, Lock-out/Tag Out: trace all electrical panels and disconnects in all conduits located in Wedges 2 thru 5, basement & mezzanine; draw-out breakers located in the various electrical transformer vaults throughout the building; develop lock-out tag/out procedures for equipment and personnel safety for all electrical equipment identified and labeled all in compliance with OSHA, state and local government regulations and/or standards.
