Scope of Work: Demolition & Replacement of the Basement Concrete Floor in the Main Building. Work included but not limited to demolition and excavation, concrete, modification and repair of the roof over the steam tunnel, installation of construction joins and control joints, installation of structural metal beams & welding, cork expansion joints, installation of reinforcement wires, backfill with crushed rocks, re-pour new thick concrete floor, and painting.
