Management Team

MARCO's Management Team offers what no other construction management team can: demonstrated technical competence; extensive construction management experience; a full complement of mechanical and electrical capabilities; and in-depth professional, technical and administrative resources required by our clients' construction contracts.

Our key management personnel bring many years of cumulative progressive construction experience to the company, as well as to each project; they are dedicated to providing our clients with quality, cost effective, on-time construction projects. We provide top-level management oversight throughout the entire construction program to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled to the client's complete satisfaction. Our 'Partnering' theme has proven to be a success by working and meeting with the Construction Team and the Client Representatives regularly to review the work performed and updating schedules to complete the balance of work on-time.

Donna P. Seaton-Fagon, President/CEO

Ms. Seaton-Fagon is directly responsible for developing all operational policies and procedures for general contracting and construction, and is directly responsible for the overall internal administration. She ensures fiscal responsibility, appropriate personnel management and sound operational practices.

Ms. Seaton-Fagon has over 25 years of administrative experience coupled with her 16 years of experience in heavy construction, building construction and other disciplines of construction with specific expertise in project and construction management, general contracting, marketing, bid and cost estimating, engineering, safety and quality control. She has helped move the company forward in the construction and contract administration services.

She has managed various construction projects, such as the $10M Task Order Contract with NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; $4M IDIQ Contracts with the Baltimore Corps of Engineers DC Public Schools by providing management of the day to day operations of the company, project management expertise, and running the financial operation of the projects. She has strong knowledge of contractual agreements and of the accounting and cost accounting systems necessary to ensure total financial accountability. She interfaces with various government agencies, as well as with our suppliers and subcontractors.

Daniel F. Wodiska, Vice President

Mr. Wodiska has over 35 years of experience in engineering and construction with a proven track record as an effective problem solver. Among his responsibilities are assisting the President with estimating, development of the operational policies and procedures, hiring of competent personnel, ensuring the contractual needs of clients are met, safety, QC management plans are adhered to, the coordination of the project management team, construction management, and all general construction disciplines. He has extensive knowledge of governmental contracts, CPM schedules, site utility surveys, renovations and repairs, design-builds and new building construction, mechanical, electrical, and architectural management.

His experience in management skills has enhanced his ability to oversee the field operation of projects, such as the $10M Task Order Contract with NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; The Pentagon IDIQ Preventative Maintenance Contract; $1M Contract at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC.; and the National Institutes of Health $2.5M contract.

Lawrence H. Follen, Safety Manager/Superintendent

Mr. Follen has over 30 years of construction industry experience. He has held various positions of superintendent, estimator, project and construction manager, safety and quality control manager on a variety of projects ranging from office buildings to infrastructure construction. His experience also includes CPM planning, procurement of contracts, assisting in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers; providing estimates on prices on walk-thru for contract bids, contract modifications, and scheduling.

His responsibilities include but are not limited to on-site construction, beginning with the pre-construction and continuing through the procurement, design, construction and closeout phases; overall construction supervision, safety and quality control of the work performed at the construction job site(s); coordination of work for all trades, and ensuring the contractual needs are met which include; Construction Safety & QC Management Programs, OSHA Regulations, implementing and monitoring on-site safety plan; developing specific accident prevention and loss control methods and programs for individual projects; supervising all safety and health personnel; conducting special training programs for MARCO personnel to advance their knowledge and increase their competence in areas such as OSHA Standards and other applicable health and safety rules and regulations.
